What you can expect from us:

Stage One

• On site discussions and briefings with notes and photos
• Research council records for relevant information
• Prepare sketch concept for discussion
• Complete Concept in line with discussions

• Cost indications
• Complete plans and specifications up to permit requirements
• Supply 4 copies of the plan for your convenience

We also offer a project management service, which takes away a great deal of the stress that organising contractors can cause.

THE PLAN

THE PERSPECTIVE VIEW

Once concept prepared then other areas are accessed separately i.e. Perspective Drawing, Construction Details & Plans and Planting Plans Cost Indications can then be prepared.

(Fees don't include resource consent or any council fees, geotech, structural engineering or other specialist reports the council may require unless specifically itemised)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

$65 + GST per hour, and milage at 0.62c per km.

10% of the Landscape/Construction Contract (excluding pool cost)
